- Cracks, dents or deformation
- Burrs or rough edges on bores and bolt holes
- Rust, damaged threads or damaged galvanised coating on GI items

Quality Checks
Our quality approach is a set of practical checks against your order. We do not hold ISO or BIS certification; what we offer is careful checking before material leaves.
Dimensional Checking
Key dimensions are checked against the order using measuring tools. For flanges this includes outside diameter, bore, thickness and bolt-hole positions where relevant.
If you have a drawing or a specific tolerance, share it with your enquiry so checks are done against it.
Product Verification
We confirm that the item type, size and material match what was requested and quoted. This avoids mix-ups such as a wrong flange type or fitting size.
Packing Checks
Quantities are counted and items are packed so they are not damaged in handling. Heavier flanges and small fittings are packed differently.
Dispatch Checks
Before dispatch, the packed material is matched with the order details: items, sizes and quantities. Any shortfall is resolved before the order leaves.
